The pleasant aroma of chrysanthemum & refreshing spearmint provide an uplifting experience while the licorice root imparts a naturally sweet note. Studies have shown that chrysanthemum has significant amount of beta-carotene and vitamin A, which is an antioxidant that reduce signs of aging, boost the immune system and improve eye health. Together with spearmint, they promote relaxation and calmness. Additionally, both spearmint and licorice root have shown antibacterial properties.
